Welcome to LMG Studio, my name is Joseph Leaming and I am an Architectural Designer providing design services for One and Two Family Residences, Additions, Decks and Rendering/Project Visualization. I can assist you early in project visualization all the way to permit submission drawings

Other services include Interior Design, Design-Build Drafting for Contracting Companies, Outsourced Drafting for Architectural Firms, and Netzero Sustainable Residential Design.

I am a budget minded designer that pushes for low cost and quick turnaround times (1-2 weeks), without sacrificing quality and creativity.

I am a Pratt Institute graduate with a B-Arch and a Minor in Construction Management, having projects all over New England as well as assisting in projects in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles

I’ve lived most of my life in Central Mass growing up right in Brimfield. After high school I was accepted into Pratt Institute School of Architecture in Brooklyn, NY. While living in New York City, I explored heavily in mixed media visualization and model building.

I love taking the best features of every medium and putting them all together to make a composition that no other person could replicate. To me, a house is a collage of someone’s life. Reflective of their efficiencies, deficiencies, and of course their quirks.
